Document Manager Online Storage

Files uploaded to the "Document Manager" are NOT associated to any specific application. 

In order to include your file with your submission, you MUST SELECT A FILE AND CLICK THE "ATTACH DOCUMENT" BUTTON ON A SPECIFIC PAGE OF THE ONLINE FORM. (See image below)

After uploading a file to the "Document Manager", please make sure you ATTACH that file to a specific page of your application. Files in the "Document Manager" not specifically attached to an upload page are NOT included with your submission.


Document Manager

The Document Manager feature allows you to upload files into your Embark Online File Storage account. The files uploaded to the Document Manager can be accessed from any Embark hosted online application.

To upload your file, please follow the steps below from the "My Documents" Screen:

  1. Under the "Upload New Document" section, click on the "Browse" or "Choose File" button, select the file you are uploading, and click on Open.  The file name should appear in the textbox to the left of the Browse button.
  2. Click on the "Add Document" button to start the upload process.
  3. Your file will be sent to our document processing servers.  A screen with the message, "We are currently processing your document. Thank you for your patience." will appear. 
  4. Your file will be added to the Document Manager after about 10 seconds


To view your uploaded document, click on the "View Document" button.

Please make sure that your file name does not contain any special characters: accents, tildes, symbols, etc. (e.g., è, é, ñ, &, *, #).  Additionally, please refrain from using non-English characters or digital signatures in the body of your essay as this may cause conversion errors.  Please limit your files to a maximum of 2 MB (2048 KB) in size.
