The filename I selected disappears from the box after clicking the 'Upload' button.

The Embark online system only supports Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

We recommend using only the supported browsers to complete the online forms.  If you are experiencing this issue and are already using one of the supported browsers, please try switching to one of the other supported browsers, and try your upload again.
