On some applications, the applicant must fill out the Area of Study/Program Choice, Subplan, and/or Term before referees can submit their Recommendation form. These choices are usually found in the Preliminary Questions section of the Application form. If any of these questions are blank/unanswered the referee will receive a Required Change Message on their recommendation form. The Application Inspector will then block submission. Only applicants are allowed to change the Area of Study/Program Choice, Subplan, and/or Term.
Note: Proposed Term and Subplan choices may be located on the actual application form. The locations may vary from page to page depending on the application.
Applicants must complete the Waiver of Rights to View Recommendation portion of the Application form along with their Signature and Date. If left blank, the referee will receive a Required Change Message on their recommendation form and the Application Inspector will block submission.
Note: Waiver information may appear differently on applications.
