My Documents

The "My Documents" tool is a utility program used for uploading and storing electronic documents for use within Embark online applications.  When uploading documents in the document manager they are not directly attached to the application form.  All documents located in the document manager can only be viewed/accessed by the applicant.

Document Manager is a useful feature which allows applicants to attach documents within multiple applications.   This prevents applicants from re-uploading identical documents for each application.  Common uploads include: Transcripts, Resumes, Personal Statements, etc.

Applicants can perform the following functions in the “My Documents” section:

  • View Existing Documents – Double check to ensure that your existing saved documents are up to date and correct. Select your document from the drop-down list and click on the "View Document" button.

  • Delete Existing Documents – Use this feature to delete a document you no longer need from your list of saved documents.  Select your document from the drop-down list and click on the "Delete Document" button.

  • Upload New Documents – Use this functionality to upload and save new documents.  Click the "Browse" button to locate the document on your computer, type a name in the Assigned Name field and click "Add Document."  The new document will now appear in the drop-down list.
