Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Saturday - Sunday we are closed.

To access help forums, please use the links on the right menu of the website.

To submit help desk tickets, please click on the "Submit a Request" tab. We will generally respond to support tickets generally within the same day for tickets submitted during business hours, but no later than  2 business days.

To access the status of outstanding tickets, please look for the Zendesk Welcome email sent to your account and set up a password. Once you have choosen a password, you will be able to login to our support portal to check on all of your submitted requests.
